A richly amber-coloured beer brewed using Pilsner, Munich and light caramel malts, which give it a full-bodied flavour, a white foamy head, and a pleasantly sweet, bready aroma. The beer’s lightly sweet taste is balanced by a gentle hop bitterness. It is brewed in accordance with the German Reinheitsgebot purity law. This is a live, unpasteurised beer, and natural sediment may occur.
