This year’s Top Employer survey confirms that A. Le Coq continues to be among the most highly regarded employers in the manufacturing sector, achieving an impressive second place. Based on the opinions of more than 10,000 people, the study highlights companies where employees feel valued and see a future for themselves.
“We are pleased that A. Le Coq’s reputation in the manufacturing sector remains strong. Maintaining our position is a sign that, as an employer, we genuinely care about our people and do so consistently. For us, this is an important recognition,” said Katrin Lember, Director of People and Sustainable Development at A. Le Coq.
This year’s survey also reflects broader trends in the labour market. According to Karl Oder, Marketing Manager at CV.ee, companies are operating in an increasingly conscious and cautious manner, focusing more and more on retaining existing employees and developing a strong work culture. This shows that a successful employer stands out not only through recruitment, but above all through how it values and supports its people.
The results confirm that a strong employer brand is built over time. Consistent investment in people and organisational culture creates trust that can be maintained and grown year after year.
