A. Le Coq Recognized by Engineering Students – Estonia’s Most Attractive Employers Announced

The employer branding agency Instar and the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry announced the most attractive employers of 2025 on September 3. The survey, conducted for the 16th consecutive year, involved nearly 6,000 students, vocational school pupils, and experienced professionals across various sectors.

“A strong employer image is a competitive advantage and a cornerstone of business sustainability. It is encouraging to see that, even in a challenging labor market where unemployment is at its highest in years, many Estonian employers are looking to the future and systematically enhancing their ability to attract and retain talent,” commented Kersti Vannas, CEO of Instar, on the survey results.

A. Le Coq was also recognized by engineering students for its consistent investment in vocational education and technical training. The company aims to make technical fields more attractive and practical for young people, offering opportunities to learn modern technologies and gain valuable experience in a real production environment.

Top 5 Most Attractive Employers for Engineering Students in 2025 (out of 322): AS Merko Ehitus Eesti; Eesti Energia AS; Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech); Nordecon AS; AS Tallinn Airport.

According to students, the most attractive employer overall is Swedbank AS, where 46% of respondents would like to work. Among vocational school students, the Police and Border Guard Board was ranked first (49%), while the most preferred employer among experienced professionals is LHV Bank (61%).
