Have you heard of Crook’s Head? The legend goes that Crook’s Head was a place that once sent men off to a prison, a small island off the Irish coast. Their only comfort was a pub that served these men what would be their final taste of freedom. And in their honour the drink was named Crook’s Head dram.
It is an interesting mix of grapefruit and green herbs that gives this drink a deeper and more refreshing flavour. Based on the traditional recipe.
