Light wheat beer
Alexander Weizen is a classic top-fermented German-style wheat beer that contains at least 50% wheat malt. The beer is special because it is made using the kräusening method, whereby partly non-fermented beer is added to beer that has already finished fermenting, which results in double fermentation that gives the beer a fruity aftertaste and a rich head.
Alexander Weizen is perfect for people looking for freshness instead of the bitterness of hops. The beer has a fruity sweet and sour flavour and is rich in citrusy freshness. It’s an excellent thirst quencher that can also be paired with various kinds of food.
