A. Le Coq launched a mandarin flavored cider

The leader of Estonian cider market, A. Le Coq launched a mandarin flavored cider Fizz Mandarin that is made on the basis of natural apple vine.

  A. Le Coq manager Tarmo Noop said that since the company is the leader of local cider market then it is A. Le Coq's clear objective to complete the selection of ciders regularly and to offer new flavors. "In the product development of ciders we try to find always new and natural fruit or berry flavors," said Noop. "New mandarin flavored cider is definitely a refreshing and exotic choice at our current cold and dark time," added Noop

New cider will be available in 0.5 Liters cans. Approximate retail price for Fizz Mandarin will be 14.90 - 16.90 kroons. Additionally to the new mandarin flavor there is also a selection of Fizz pear, strawberry, blueberry, yellow plum and apple flavored ciders.

A. Le Coq has been the leader of Estonian cider market since 1999 when they first entered the market with the brand Fizz. According to the research company Nielsen, A. Le Coq market share in ciders segment during August and September 2009 was 49.3 per cent and value share 45.7 per cent.
